"The best part that I love about State Farm is their customer service. I have been with Kelsee and Sarah from day one and it’s been for a few years now. When I call with questions or issues with my car insurance and rental insurance, I have Kelsee and Sarah who know me. I don’t have to go through various departments over the phone, they help me right there and then. I have gotten to know them over the years and it’s pleasant that a big company like State Farm has that “family company” mindset as a priority for their customers.
